Regularly check the fan to prevent it from happening. Use only shockproof electrical devices for maintenance work.

Disconnect the fan from the main circuit before performing maintenance work. Sudden activation of the fan can cause extremely serious personal injury or death. The assembly switch should be cut down and locked.

The heat transfer medium of the parts outside the insulation is sometimes as high as the temperature of the medium. Care should be taken to avoid burns during maintenance. Maintenance work must be performed after the fan has been cooled.

Oil, grease and other impurities can cause people to slip and get hurt. Keep the area around the fan clean before performing maintenance work.

Extremely hot or cold working environments can reduce people's concentration, paying attention to noise and visual warnings near the parts.

When the following situations occur, you can notify VENTAIR sales personnel to go to the factory for necessary maintenance work. Such as,

➜ The fan impeller is out of balance due to uneven dust or grease adhesion
➜ Foreign matter inhalation causes damage to the impeller and fan housing
➜ The uncleanness of the protection net on the exhaust fan and the air outlet side increases the resistance of the device
➜ Impurities in the belt guard on the ventilator do not cool the V-belt
➜ V-belt rupture
➜ Adjust the tension of the V-belt due to normal stretching
➜ Coupled elastic components wear
➜ Shock absorber rust or rubber damage or aging
➜ Time has expired after bearing relubrication
➜ Increased BCU value at the support point may damage the bearing
